Depending on the requirement and occasion, Duni offers different material qualities:

- Classic (exclusive tissue for everyday use in an elegantly embossed look in 40 x 40).
- Tissue (the functional choice in 3, 2 or 1-ply)
Dunisoft (a wonderfully soft napkin made with an innovative process that uses air instead of water)
- Bio Dunisoft (a napkin in which the binder (adhesive) is made from corn, lemon peel and other food waste)
Dunilin (a napkin with the ultimate linen look and feel that is softer, heavily embossed and absorbent. EIne economical and easy to clean alternative to a traditional cloth napkin).

Um die Umwelt zu schützen, verwenden wir ausschließlich wasserbasierte Farben.

Ja, unsere Duni-Servietten sind nachhaltig, weil sie aus umweltfreundlichen Materialien hergestellt werden. Sie werden aus FSC-zertifiziertem Zellstoff hergestellt, was bedeutet, dass für die Herstellung der Servietten verwendete Holz aus verantwortungsvoll bewirtschafteten Wäldern stammt. Außerdem sind die Servietten kompostierbar, d. h. sie können auf natürliche Weise abgebaut werden. Insgesamt sind Duni-Servietten eine gute Wahl für alle, die eine nachhaltige Option für ihre Tischkultur suchen.

Bei Einweggeschirr handelt es sich - wie der Name schon verrät - um Geschirr, das für den einmaligen Gebrauch konzipiert ist. Nach dem Benutzen werden Gabel, Messer, Teller und Co entsorgt und nicht gespült. Vor allem aus dem Take Away und To Go Bereich ist Einweggeschirr nicht mehr wegzudenken. 

Um nachhaltiges Einweggeschirr zu erkennen, sollten Sie auf ein paar wichtige Dinge schauen. Achten Sie zunächst auf das Material. Nachhaltige Produkte werden oft aus erneuerbaren Ressourcen wie Bambus, Zuckerrohr oder Kunststoffen auf Pflanzenbasis hergestellt. Achten Sie auf Zertifizierungen wie die des Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) , um sicherzustellen, dass das Produkt wirklich nachhaltig ist. Achten Sie außerdem auf zusätzliche umweltfreundliche Merkmale wie Kompostierbarkeit oder Recyclingfähigkeit. Und schließlich sollten Sie auch auf den Produktionsprozess achten: Nachhaltige Produkte haben oft eine geringere CO2-Bilanz und verbrauchen weniger Wasser und Energie. On July 3, 2021, the single-use plastic regulation came into force and many take-away items have been banned since then. However, this does not mean the end of disposable tableware. After all, there are definitely sustainable and resource-saving alternatives: Bagasse made from sugar cane, wood and bamboo, or even paper.

You are spoiled for choice: you can choose between disposable cutlery made of wood (birch wood) or paper fiber.

Although both types of cutlery are designed for single use, paper fiber cutlery (along with wooden cutlery) is an environmentally friendly alternative to plastic cutlery. Not only is it made from renewable resources, but it degrades much faster than plastic cutlery. In fact, paper fiber cutlery can be composted, which reduces waste and contributes to a circular economy (please note local disposal conditions).

The example of Germany shows how important sustainable disposable cutlery alternatives are. There, the legal situation is such that plastic cutlery has been completely withdrawn from circulation as part of the single-use plastic ban ordinance. For German restaurateurs and consumers, a switch to disposable cutlery made of wood or paper is therefore inevitable.

Of course, the disposable paper fiber cutlery is not as heavy, hard and durable as reusable metal cutlery, but in terms of stability you will be surprised.
