This idyllic Santelmann asparagus farm is located on the southern edge of the Lüneburg Heath, along the River Aller, just a few kilometres from the famous Wienhausen Monastery. Here, tranquillity still dominates the landscape and what makes it special is that the asparagus is given the time it needs to grow. Thanks to loving care and a short transport route, this healthy vegetable reaches the table with first-class flavour. It couldn't be fresher.
On 5 May, we at Duni had the pleasure of attending this year's particularly popular asparagus festival. Naturally, we took photos of the beautifully laid tables. We are delighted to be able to share this customer story in our magazine.
